WHAT IS
WAVES
OF HOPE?
Waves of Hope is an initiative of Youth with a Mission, designed to bring a wave of God’s love to various locations through week-long outreach efforts. Each outreach will focus on meeting the needs outlined in the Christian Magna Carta, which affirms the fundamental rights of every person as part of the gospel message. These rights include:

The right to hear and understand the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The right to have a Bible available in their own language.

The right to have Christian fellowship nearby, with opportunities for regular worship and Biblical teaching.

The right to Christian education for their children.

The right to the basic necessities of life: food, water, clothing, shelter, and healthcare.

The right to lead a fulfilling and productive life spiritually, mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Waves of Hope began in Ukraine after the war began in 2022. It is focusing on rebuilding homes and restoring communities in liberated regions of Ukraine that have been affected by the war. This year, the waves will be focusing on the Mykolaiv region. Our goal is to build 100 homes and do kids camps.
WHERE
We will be focused on helping the Mykolaiv region, considered the bread basket of Ukraine.
Teams and volunteers flew into Chisinau, Moldova and YWAM Kyiv will arrange transportation into Ukraine. More information about the location can be seen in the video below.
WHO
We need people to:
1. Build Homes
2. Help run a kids camps, pray and share the Gospel

We need at least 15 teams per wave to complete our goal of 100 homes. Each team builds 2 homes during the Waves of Hope week. No building experience is required.

We are happy to take anyone who has a heart to serve -- businesses, churches, individuals, and YWAM bases.
